This policy explains how Alchemy Clinical Research Services ("ACRS", "we", "us") handles personal data submitted through www.alchemyclinical.in. It covers website enquiries and course applications. It does not cover data collected from clinical trial participants, which is governed by each study's informed consent and protocol.

- To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and send NDAs you request.

Legal basis
We process personal data with your consent, given when you submit a form, and where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR.

Form submissions are sent by email to our team and stored on our hosting provider's servers. We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the website and email, and where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, and application data for the duration of admission and study plus any period required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@alchemyclinical.in. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
